CONNORS FARM has been in the Connors family since 1926. Barry Connors is the fourth generation and carries on the tradition of focusing on growing large and healthy plants and fruit.
We are known for our healthy, large garlic bulbs and take great pride in being able to maximize food production by enriching the soil with natural ingredients. Chemicals are avoided whenever possible to stay true to our heritage.
At Connors Farm we are passionate about health and helping people. After much research we came across Black Garlic, widely hailed as a Superfood, helping people getting over sickness such as colds and flus and research findings show it has many other benefits. Black Garlic seemed a perfect add-on to our already successful Raw Garlic business so we invested in the neccessary equipment, taking our own garlic, and aging/fermenting it at the ideal temperature and humidity to turn the already healthy Raw Garlic into a Superfood with even more health benefits.
